A stellar piece that has that ‘thing’ going for it. Simplistic beauty meets functionality. This tall mahogany stand torchere has a pierced brass gallery surround with a small shelf under. Four reeded, splayed legs and a cross stretcher. Use for a plant or sculpture. Made in the Regency style by Baker. (Missing label.) In excellent condition with minimal evidence of use. Minor small use marks on top. No serious damage or repairs.
